In this edition of Owl's Progress Notes, the ability to view, download, and print the CMS-1500 form has been added, the ability to add and edit multiple licenses when creating a therapist profile or during the onboarding process, a client's insurance information is now displayed under Record Transaction > Payor, The button “Create New” on the Insurance - Profiles page is renamed “Create a Profile”, updates to the language used when viewing payment methods that are more reflective of the country of origin for the user, and various bug fixes.

You can now view, download, and print the CMS-1500 claims form directly through Owl.  You can find a step by step guide and more information here. 

Updates to license management

 You can now add and edit multiple licenses when creating a therapist profile or during the onboarding process.  Simply select the + icon to add additional licenses to a profile. Information such as the License Type as well as the Expiration Date can be entered in as well.

Ability to see Client's Insurance in the Record Transaction view under Payor

In the Record Transaction view, a client's insurance provider is now viewable under the Payor dropdown menu.

Create a Profile Button in Profiles view

The Create New button has been changed to Create a Profile in the Insurance - Profiles view.

Updates to the Language Used when Viewing Payment Methods

The language used when viewing payment methods now better reflects whether you are a US user or a Canadian user.  For example, check is used in the US, while cheque is used in Canada.
