An overview of how to get set up Insurance with Owl!

Setting up your Insurance Profile

To being setting up your insurance profile, start by logging into your Owl Practice account and navigate to the Settings tab from the main navigation bar on the left.  Finally, navigate to Practice Details within Settings and select the Insurance tab.

Please keep in mind that you'll need to complete the credentialing process with a payor prior to submitting your enrollments. Follow the steps outlined here to enroll with payors.  After submitting your payor enrollment requests, monitor your status by navigating to Settings, Insurance, and selecting the Payors tab. You'll also receive an email notification once your enrollment is active. 

Once payor enrollment is active, you can begin submitting claims. Refer to our Claims Guide for detailed instructions on claim submission.
