In this edition of Owl's Progress Notes we have updates to Explanation of Benefits as well as Invoices and Receipts, the list of Telus Health license issuers has been updated, a new option for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) has been added in Payment Details, as well as other bug fixes.

Updates to Explanation of Benefits

Insurance disallowance now appears in your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) generated with Owl.  Simply generate a new EOB and this information will be displayed and calculated within the billing information at the bottom of the page. 

Updates to Telus Health license Issuers

The list of Telus Health license issuers has been made up to date and can be found in Owl's e-claims section under License Issuer in the Link Proiver Profiles view.

Electronic Funds Transfer

You can now select Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) in the Payment Details view as transaction method.  Simply select EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) from the Accepted Payment Methods section of the Payment Details menu.
